Dan Slott is back in Spider-Man. And if this news is not good enough for fans and readers of the Wall Climber, the famous screenwriter will not do it alone… He brings Mark Bagley with him and will do it in a new spider series within the publisher!

Marvel Comics has already announced the return of Dan Slott in Spider-Man. The first issue will be released after Edge of Spider-Verse, of which the other day we told you that it would present a Spider-Dinosaur. At the same time, this new series will coincide with Peter Parker’s 60th Anniversary.

Is new spider-man serieswritten by Dan Slott and drawn by Mark Bagley, will feature a host of heroes from the Spider-Man Universe. In its pages we will see Spider-Woman, Miles Morales, Spider-Gwen (Ghost-Spider), Seda and many more.

Some of these will be new, presented in the aforementioned Edge of Spider-Verse. On the other hand, the series Amazing Spider-Man by Zeb Wells and John Romita Jr. will also tie into this new arachnid saga.

It has already been confirmed that the Spider-Man by Dan Slott and Mark Bagley will collect items from Amazing Spider-Man such as Spider-Man’s new costume or even his mysterious association with the villainous Norman Osborn.

Both the writer and the cartoonist are excited for the return

How do I feel about writing Spider-Man again? As if he were in my own home, as if there was nowhere else in the world I wanted to be. How do I feel about working with Mark Bagley, one of the greatest Spidey icons of all time? Honored, excited, unstoppable », declared Dan Slott about his return.

“Dan Slott and I have wanted to work together for many years. To have the opportunity to be the artist that is there to finish your story from the Spider-Man Universe is really exciting,” added Mark Bagley. “Also, I’m excited to see where that comic will take us from there.”

“Mark and I are two guys who live to tell Spider-Man stories. If you cut us, we bleed Spider-Man. And now Marvel Comics has entrusted us two with the possibility of bringing back his monthly series, “said the famous screenwriter.
