When it comes to talking about classic sagas, Castlevania undoubtedly keeps a dear memory in our hearts. The pity is that Konami does not seem to be in the business of resurrecting your IP of action and platforms.
Do you miss a good Castlevania? Don’t worry, because in a few months two very similar games will arrive, which will have to be tracked. Here you will know the first details of both.
We talk about Koumajou Remilia: Scarlet Symphony Y aftermirage, two titles announced for PC and consoles that remind us a lot of Castlevania. If the genre calls you, keep reading.
On one hand we have Koumajou Remiliaa 2D action platformer being developed by Frontier Aja and will be distributed by CFK. At first, Coming July 28 to Nintendo Switch and PC.
Koumajou Remilia: Scarlet Symphony is based on the characters of the Touhou saga of Banpai Akira. It is characterized by its gothic aesthetic and the alternation of 2D dialogues with a side-scrolling action experience.
As in Castlevania, this title has vampire elements, metroidvania game mechanics and RPG touches. The story introduces us to a hero, Gensokyo, who will have to stop the Scarlet Mist. Here you can see a trailer.

Short of a new Castlevania game, no doubt. Koumajou Remilia: Scarlet Symphony Y aftermirage are two great options for fans of the genre. We will have to keep track of them, and we will be able to enjoy both throughout this 2022.
