Bandai Namco’s great RPG will make the leap natively to PlayStation 5, after its launch on PS Vita, PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC.
We love JRPGs, and sometimes we find real gems outside of the usual Final Fantasy or Dragon Quest. A good example is the saga Ys from Bandai Namco.
The latest installment in the series, Ys IX: Monstrum Nox, was released last year. However, most fans have Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana as one of the best deliveries of the franchise.
It’s a few years old now, but it’s still an excellent JRPG that was very successful in PS Vita, PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC. Now Bandai Namco has announced coming to PlayStation 5. Here you can see its spectacular announcement trailer:
How do you hear it? Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana will have a native version for the Sony consolewhich will squeeze the PS5 hardware and take advantage of the haptic functions of the Dualsense.
