Austin Butler will become the legendary Elvis Presley in the biopic of the King of Rock that will hit theaters this summer.

Kings of music there are many, but Rock, despite its essential legends, only has one: Elvis Presley.

At a time when we have had a good batch of very interesting biopics about some of the most legendary figures in 20th century music, such as Bohemian Rhapsody (Queen), Rocketman (Elton John) or The Dirt (Mötley Crüe), this year we will have a very special addition.

Elvis Presley passed away on August 16, 1977 in Memphis, leaving behind an indelible legacy in the music and film industry.

His legend endures almost 45 years after his death, both within the music scene and in what he represents within popular culture.
