The video game industry is experiencing a turbulent situation, after one of the large companies such as Activision Blizzard He was reeling from lawsuits for sexual abuse and harassment. A former employee has ruled on this, through an official letter.

”My time at Blizzard left an indelible mark on my life and career that continues to this day. Most importantly, it showed me how abusive cultures can spread and self-amplify over time.” Jeff Strain explains in his letter.
Strain comments that this unionization is necessary, and that he realized after his time at Blizzard, which began in 1996. He states that this made him reflect to shape a healthy and respectful workspace, as well as selective with the developers of your studios.
