The Boys Season 3 Signs Laurie Holden (The Walking Dead) To Play Crimson Countess

The third season of The Boys has expanded its cast considerably this week. A few days ago we told you that Sean Patrick Flanery, Nick Wechsler and Miles Gaston Villanueva joined the filming of the series of Amazon Prime Video, but they were not going to be the last incorporations.

As reported Variety, the actress Laurie holden (who gave life to Andrea on The Walking Dead) has joined the filming of the third season of The Boys, where she will play one of the “super” affiliated with Vought International, and that is also a very hooligan wink to Scarlet Witch.

Laurie Holden will play Crimson countess, a “supre” who has been active since World War II, so he will undoubtedly have ties to Soldier Boy, one of the great additions of the new season.

To make matters worse, Crimson Countess has a relationship with Mind-Droid a kind of Vision in the comics of Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson, although the fidelity of Crimson Countess is not the same as that of Wanda Maximoff.

The anticipation surrounding season 3 of The Boys is very high, as the action is expected to be much bloodier (still) than in previous seasons.

Also, the showrunner of the Amazon Prime Video series, Eric Kripke, has been giving the fans long teeth with his mentions of the episode that he will adapt Herogasm, one of the most bizarre and explicit arcs in comics.

What do you think of the signing of Laurie Holden to give life to Crimson Countess in the third season of The Boys?
