Exactly one year to go before Jurassic World: Dominion, the long-awaited last installment of the Jurassic franchise in which Jurassic Park veterans will be back, hits theaters Sam Neill, Laura Dern and Jeff Goldblum (Although we could already see the latter in a brief cameo in the previous installment Jurassic World: The Fallen Kingdom).
After looking at the nostalgic Jurassic World: Dominion poster and its first official image, Colin trevorrow, who returns to the direction of the saga after the first installment of Jurassic World, has advanced new details about the film by making a comparison, at least, curious.
In a recent interview (via Collider), the filmmaker has compared the Jurassic World movie: Dominion with spy thrillers in the style of such popular sagas as James Bond or Jason Bourne, defining the film as “a scientific thriller with dinosaurs.”
“I’m sure it’s no secret that we shot in the UK, we shot in British Columbia. We shot in Malta. And those are essentially our locations. There’s another important location that I don’t want to reveal just yet. But there is any setting you can. Imagine, an ecological environment, a physical environment that you can think of, is represented in this movie, because it is a great world adventure. It has a bit of Bourne and Bond and a bit of spy movie too. Spy movie, science thriller with dinosaurs, “Trevorrow declared.
In addition to the classic trio of Jurassic Park, they will also return to action Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard, the protagonists of this latest trilogy. Along with them will participate the actors Omar Sy, BD Wong, Jake Johnson, Campbell Scott, Mamoudou Athie, Justice Smith and Daniella Pineda, among others.
The film Jurassic World: Dominion will be released in theaters on June 10, 2022. Do you want to see the new installment of the saga?
