This summer comes to Netflix The last mercenary, a new original film from the platform in which we will see again Jean Claude Van Damme (The Law of the Street, Lukas, Kickboxer: Counterattack, Operation Rescue) hand out tow left and right in a fun comedy packed with good action.
Directed by David charhon (Incompatibles, Cyprien, Les naufragés), she’s delusional action comedy revolves around Richard Brumère, aka “La Brume” (“The Mist”), a former French secret service special agent turned mercenary is back in the fray when the immunity granted 25 years earlier to his son Archibald.
A mob operation threatens Archibald’s life. To save him, Richard will have to reach out to his old contacts, join forces with a group of reckless project youth and an unconventional bureaucrat, but most of all, find the courage to let Archibald know that he is his father.
