Although many times it is not given the impact it deserves, there are many Japanese studios that release great titles in Japan every year. Luckily, sagas like Person, Shin Megami Tensei or Yakuza have managed to expand to the West, thanks to the good work of European and American publishers, aware that there is a market very interested in this type of games.
A week ago we introduced you to Monark, the new school RPG from former creators of Shin Megami Tensei, which announced important news for June 10. There are still a few days left for that, though Publisher FuRyu hasn’t waited to reveal its Japan release date.
In this way, Monark will reach Japanese stores next October 14, yet without knowing on which platforms it will be released. Hopefully the title will see the light of day on PS4 and Nintendo Switch, two very popular systems in the land of the rising sun, but we will have to wait until June 10 for the first official details.
This release date is part of a small preview of Monark, where some details of the prominence of the game have also been revealed, as well as the incentives for the reservation of the title. All those who book Monark will receive a DLC (two exclusive costumes and a cosmetic) and the official soundtrack of the game on CD.
For his part, the protagonist will have the voice of the actor Gakuto kajiwara, and the authors of two songs from the Monark soundtrack have also been revealed. Is about ” Nihil ”, composed by Iori Kanzaki and work by KAF, while ‘‘Hi no Jouri’ ‘ has been composed by Tsukasa Masuko.
Monark editor plans to present a trailer and a video about the music of the game on June 10, at 12:00 JST (around 05:00 AM in Spain). More specifically, it has been revealed that the trailer will last 4 minutes and the music video about 6 minutes, giving a first look at what this new role-playing game will be.
