Forza Horizon 4 It was released two and a half years ago, and there has never been so much time without a new game in Microsoft’s exclusive driving series. Last summer it was announced Forza Motorsport 8 for Xbox Series X, titled simply “Forza Motorsport” and posed as a reimagining of the series. However, according to some insiders, before we could get Forza Horizon 5, despite not being announced yet.
In fact, several insiders seem to confirm that the setting for the new game will be Mexico. Jez corden, from Windows Central; Y Venture Beat’s Jeff Grubb posted two tweets toying with the idea of a car game in Mexico. And subsequently, Grubb basically refuted the idea in a podcast that Forza Horizon 5 will be set in Mexico, completely disproving the rumors that it would be in Japan.
I’m doing my Duolingo Spanish lessons as well. the car goes vroom https://t.co/14xkqZy6PL

Grubb had known about the game for a long time (a few months ago he suggested it would come out in 2021, before Motorsport), although he did not intend to filter his atmosphere. But basically, seeing Jez’s tweets “with her car going to Mexico” I can’t resist participating in the hesitation. Later in that podcast is blunt. “Yes, it is in Mexico.” (via VGC).
The Forza Horizon saga, from Playground Games, was born as a spin-off of Motorsport, from Turn 10 Studios. If Motorsport is more realistic, Horizon has an open world development, each game being set in fictional but very realistic versions of real countries. The games alternated every year, but in 2019 and 2020 there were none for the first time in years.
They compare Resident Evil Village on PS5, Xbox Series X and S and how is its performance: fps, ray tracing …
Despite the fact that the new Forza Motorsport was announced earlier, and by the rule of alternating the two series it should come out before the new Horizon, Jeff Grubb himself said last November that we would see Forza Horizon 5 in 2021, therefore leaving Motorsport for later.
At the moment, Playground Studios is working on a new Fable, but it is likely that Forza Horizon 5 was already well advanced. It could be one of Microsoft’s bets this Christmas, before taking the series later with the “reimagined” Motorsport.
