The saga Test Drive Unlimited It is one of the great events for fans of the driving genre, due to its degree of realism and its intense racing. His new installment, under the subtitle Solar Crown, has released a new trailer and has unveiled the platforms in which it will come out.
Developed by KTRacing and distributed by Nacon (who recently announced WRC 10), Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown is coming to PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC, even if its launch window has not been revealed yet, nor of course your departure date.
Announced in July last year, Solar Crown has shared an impressive trailer where we can see an Aston Martin and a Range Rover sweeping the road, and its creators promise preserve the saga’s DNA, as well as ”recreate the pleasure of driving through a luxurious island world, recreated at 1: 1 scale”
In addition to reaching all consoles on the market, this new installment of Test Drive Unlimited will be available for PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. We do not know if it will come this year, since we assume that it will not be easy to adapt the game to so many platforms, both old and new generation.

For those who do not know the first details of Solar Crown, the idea is to build on other driving successes such as Forza Horizon 4, allowing players roam freely a large open world, getting best cars, competing in the Solar Crown tournament and even bringing that experience to the online stage.
Given that another game developed by KTRacing, WRC 10, is dated 2021, it is likely that Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown could be delayed until 2022, although for now nothing is known about it. What is confirmed is that the game will be available for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC, via Steam and the Epic Store.
