The launch of New Pokémon Snap, one of the most anticipated games by Nintendo Switch users this 2021, and the return of one of the spin-offs most appreciated by Pokémaniacs, from the first and only installment (until now) of Pokémon Snap, in 1999, to Nintendo 64.
In New Pokémon Snap we leave the pokéballs at home, and instead we carry the photographic camera in our suitcase, because we are going to a new region, Lensis. There we will meet the Professor Mirror and his assistants, Rita and Lloyd, whom we will help in the investigation of pokémon, photographing them in their natural habitat.
There are many ecosystems in Lensis: forests, grasslands, deserts, rivers, and even the seabed, which we will tour aboard a floating vehicle, the Neo-One. The more Pokémon we photograph in the wild, the more points we will get, increasing the score if we catch them in unusual behaviors.
As you can see in the spot, some pokémon will change their habits at night. We will have to study them well to solve the mystery of the game’s history, the Lúmini phenomenon.
However, New Pokémon Snap is a very relaxing game, that we can play our ball to enjoy these magnificent creatures with graphics somewhat superior to those of the main games of the saga on Switch, and environments full of life and detail. And how could it be otherwise, we can edit and share all the photos we take on social networks.
New Pokémon Snap will be ready for Nintendo Switch in just over two weeks, April 30. Don’t forget to book your safari tickets!
