The Adventures of Din Djarin, the bounty hunter of The Mandalorian (better known around the world as Mando) ended up on a cliffhanger at the end of their second season, which you probably don’t need to remember. And although we know that it will have a third season, this will not arrive until well into 2022 (filming begins this April).
Fortunately, we will not have to wait that long to see him again on Disney +, because according to the medium Cinelinx, Mando will come out in the series The Book of Boba Fett, the spin-off announced in the post-credits scene of the last chapter of The Mandalorian, and that will premiere in December 2021.
Possibly, it is a cameo, although crossovers between future Star Wars series set at the same time will be common, such as Rangers of the New Republic. Apparently, Temuera Morrison will continue to play Boba Fett beyond his series, so it would not be unusual to see him again in the third season of The Mandalorian.
Something similar can happen with other Star Wars series set at the same time. In 2022 it will be released Andor, the Rogue One prequel series … and apparently Ewan McGregor will appear in said series, anticipating his participation in his own Obi-Wan Kenobi series, scheduled for later in 2022.
Grogu’s new animatronic will arrive in Christmas 2021, will feature interactive accessories and will recreate his passion for eating
Much earlier, on May 4, it will premiere The Bad Remittance, the new Star Wars animated series on Disney +. Meanwhile, McGregor will be with Hayden Christensen filming the Obi-Wan series, which begins filming this April … and McGregor has already grown his trademark beard.
