The creators of Baldur's Gate III claim to have "a lot of work" before exiting Early Access

After many years of waiting, Baldur’s Gate III arrived on PC and Stadia as part of the continuation of the famous RPG saga. However, the launch has not been in the traditional way, if not that the game is in Early Access until its creators polish all the details.

Since its arrival last year, Larian Studios, creators of this title, have added a good amount of content and have released several patches. Now, the community asks the classic questions: When will the official launch of Baldur’s Gate III occur?

Well, in an interview with Destructoid, the CEO of the developer studio, Swen Vincke, was speaking on this subject following a question. Although he did not reply with a clear answer, he did make it clear that there is still a lot of work to be done until Baldur’s Gate III is planted in version 1.0.

So we still have a lot of work ahead of uscommented the manager. But we do know what we are doing and when we will be… we will know when we are at the end, so it’s visible. It’s still a lot of work.

In addition to this, the CEO added that there are still a few surprises in store for his players. It will be different, and that is the promise, Vincke added in relation to the new that will come with the launch of the ambitious title.

Last October, Baldur’s Gate III kicked off its early access on Steam and received very positive reviews. If you want to take a look at the latest, don’t miss the arrival of the Druid in its biggest patch to date and other updates from Panel from Hell 2.
