The Kingdom Hearts saga premieres on PC and its launch price is lowered in the Epic Store

Kingdom Hearts is one of Square Enix’s most charming JRPG sagas, but to date it was only possible to enjoy its games on consoles. Nevertheless, Epic Games launches today, March 30, the different games of the saga through its digital store for PC.

It is certainly great news, although the reserve prices scandalized more than one. We already told you that Kingdom Hearts HD 1,5 + 2,5 Remix, Kingdom Hearts HD 2,8 Final Chapter Prologue, Kingdom Hearts III + ReMind and Melody of Memory would have a price between 49.99 and 59.99 euros, almost at a novelty price, something that fans didn’t like it too much.

Luckily, for its premiere Epic has decided to launch a sales campaign for the Kingdom Hearts saga (It is unknown if these prices will be maintained afterwards or they will be the same as before), and it has also confirmed that will refund the difference to users who have reserved them.

The difference is considerable, and it is that it seems that Epic Games has noticed a note of the community feedback. In this way, with these offers, players will be able to do with these four Kingdom Hearts games for a lower price to those announced at the time. They are as follows:

  • Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix: 39.99 euros
  • Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue: 47.99 euros
  • Kingdom Hearts III + Re Mind: 47.99 euros
  • Kingdom Hearts Melody of Memory: 47.99 euros

The official Kingdom Hearts Twitter account has announced that, in addition, they will refund the difference (around 10 euros) to those players who they would have booked all four games, which previously had a higher introductory price.

As the insider Wario64 points out, it is not by chance that Epic has applied these discounts just 30 minutes after launching all four games on the Epic Store. Many users complained about the high price of Kingdom Hearts games, but at least there is already a solution.

So now you know: if you are fans of Kingdom hearts and you want relive the saga on your PC (or if you are new to the series), this is your chance to get hold of them in the Epic Store.
