Only 1/3 of viewers have watched Zack Snyder's Justice League straight away, study finds

A week ago I reached HBO Max (HBO in Spain) Zack Snyder’s Justice League, the one expected by many fans “Snyder cut“which for more than two years was claimed from Warner after the outcome of Justice League in 2017. The nearly four-hour film has managed spectacular numbers in the field of views, with more than 1.8 million accounts watching the movie only on HBO Max in America.

However, an independent study by Samba TV has thrown a “less favorable” data on Zack Snyder’s Justice League and its visualizations, and it is that of those numbers of spectators, only a third watched the film from beginning to end.

Samba TV counts as viewing any viewing that lasts more than five minutes, which is already more than the scarce minute that other consultancies count. That implies that not all those accounts saw the movie of Zack snyder until the end.

Talking with Sylabdul Inc, the president of Samba TV, Jeffrey silverman, clarified that these data do not necessarily reflect that the other two-thirds of viewers did not see the complete Justice League by Zack Snyder, but that they did not reproduce the complete film at once. The film is divided into “parts” that facilitate the viewing of its almost four hours, which means that many people have seen the film in a fractional way as they do not have four hours to see it at once.

Have you already seen Zack Snyder’s Justice League? What do you think?
