One of the great JRPG sagas of Atlus, Shin Megami Tensei, will have a new release this year 2021, on PS4 and Nintendo Switch. This is the HD remastering of Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne, which will land in America and Europe after their arrival in Japan.
At the moment the specific launch date in the West, but Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne HD Remaster has been listed by the United States age rating body, the ESRB, as reported by Gematsu.
This remaster was announced last year, in a Nintendo Direct, along with the Shin Megami Tensei V launch window. For those who do not know this third installment, was released on PS2 in 2003 in Japan (two years later in Europe), and was a turning point in the saga.
To date we have already shared many details and new images of Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne HD Remaster, but with this recent listing by the ESRB everything seems to point to it being released soon, since it is a common maneuver a couple of months before a new release (it already happened with BioShock The Collection).
But there is more, and it is that some users shared that this remaster for PS4 and Switch also a list has appeared on the PEGI website, Europe’s age rating body. This confirms that very soon we will have on our consoles this facelift of one of the most beloved games of the saga.
Remember that the release window for Shin Megami Tensei 3 Nocturne HD Remaster is this spring, so maybe we will see it in a few weeks in the West. In the middle of this, Atlus asked his fans if they wanted to see their games on Xbox consoles, something that would undoubtedly be a pleasant surprise.
