Acer has expanded its Nitro XZ2 monitor series with three models that promise a smooth and immersive gaming experience with AMD Radeon FreeSync image sync technology and other cool features.
Nitro XZ2 monitors include three models with VA panel, FHD resolution, support DisplayHDR 400 VESA certified providing up to 400 nits of brightness, 100,000,000: 1 dynamic contrast ratio, and HDR10 compatibility. The 1500R curved display increases the field of view and the perceived area of peripheral vision compared to a flat screen of the same size.
The series offers three new models, the 32-inch Nitro XZ322QU, the 27-inch Nitro XZ272 that offers a refresh rate of 165 Hz and the 24-inch Nitro XZ242Q with 144 Hz. Its viewing angles are 178 degrees horizontal and vertical, while the technology Visual Response Boost (VRB) offer a response time of 1 millisecond.
Players can optimize their visual advantage among 11 black level options to reveal hidden detail in shadows, and with 6-axis color adjustment, you can adjust color, hue and saturation to suit each player’s preferences. They also have eight preset display modes to suit the game genre, Action, Racing, Sport, User, Standard, ECO, Graphics and Movies. Settings can be easily accessed using a hotkey or the OSD setup menu.
Nitro XZ2 monitors offer intuitive configuration control through the Acer Display Widget Integrated that simplifies modifying settings to create a profile, organize viewing space through screen division, and customize settings for each application.
They have HDMI and DisplayPort video inputs, dual 3-watt speakers and a ergonomic support with 360 degree rotation, tilt and height adjustment. A quick-release design easily separates the monitor from its wall-mount bracket with the VESA bracket. Other built-in features are the Acer VisionCare blue light filter and ComfyView to help prevent flickering and glare on the screen.
