The new budget smartphone from the wings company is called Motorola Moto E7, and thanks to complete filtration we have been able to discover its complete specifications and design. The accompanying images show a real prototype, that is, a functional unit that is fully finished, so we don’t expect any change Neither in terms of design nor in the specifications of the versions that will hit the market in the coming weeks.
We start with the exterior. As we can see in the images, the Motorola Moto E7 has a front with an all-screen finish where acceptable edges are integrated and a notch in the upper part, which shelters the front camera. Nothing that stands out especially, and the same goes for the back, where we have a dual camera setup and a fingerprint reader.
The materials that Motorola has used in the construction of this smartphone have not transpired, but after seeing its specifications and the possible sale price I am convinced that it will be completely finished in plastic, both the chassis and the rear. On the front we will have Gorilla Glass, essential to prevent the screen from being easily scratched.
Motorola Moto E7 specifications
- 6.2-inch screen with HD + resolution (1,520 x 720 pixels).
- Snapdragon 632 SoC, a chip with a 1.8 GHz Cortex-A53 eight-core CPU.
- GPU Adreno 508.
- 2 GB-4 GB of RAM.
- 32GB-64GB of storage capacity.
- Dual rear camera: main 13 MP, secondary 2 MP.
- 5 MP front camera.
- 3,550 mAh battery.
- Integrated fingerprint reader on the back.
- Android 10 as operating system.
The 2GB and 32GB storage capacity configuration should hit the market priced at between 100 and 110 euros, since otherwise the Motorola Moto E7 could not compete with other terminals that we can consider as its direct rivals. For its part, the 4 GB and 64 GB version of storage capacity should be around 130-140 euros, approximately.
We don’t have details on its exact release date, so it’s time to wait. Right now the economic mid-range market is very crowded, and thanks to this we can find a large number of options, although Xiaomi, who released the new Redmi 9 yesterday, and Realme are, without a doubt, the two “strongest” players at that level today.
